Інгредієнти:
яблука - 1,5 кг
сік лимона
сметана (йогурту) - 200 г
цукор - 200 г
мука - 250 г
олія - ¾ ст.л.
порошку до печива - 1 ст.л.
ванільний пудинг - 1 пачка
ванільний цукор - 1 пачка
яйця - 3 шт.
пудра,
кориця
Спосіб приготування:
1. Яблука почистити і порізати на тоненькі дольки. Збризгнути соком лимона, щоб не потемніли і посипати корицею.
2. Змішуємо муку, порошок до печива, ванільний пудинг і ванільний цукор. Додаємо олію, йогурт, яйця і все збиваємо.
3. Тісто ділимо на 3 частини та заливаємо в форму для випікання у такому порядку:
- слой тіста
- слой яблук (плотно)
- слой тіста
- слой яблук (плотно)
- слой тіста
- слой яблук
4. Ставимо в розігріту духовку і випікаємо 50-60 хвилин при температурі 180 градусів.
5. Як вистигне посипати зверху пудрою.
